Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it.  If it keeps moving, regulate it.  If it stops moving, subsidize it.

-Ronald Reagan

March 30th, 2012

Dear Fellow Conservatives,

These past years under the Obama administration have proven to me one thing and one thing only: we desperately need to reclaim America for us, for our children, and for our children’s children. We no longer have the luxury to sit and wait like we're hiding from a tornado in a storm cellar. We must act fast, act strong, and act together as one.

It is the vision of the Sunbird Conservatives to educate students about the wiles of poor government decisions. To do this, we seek to prove to them that our club's core beliefs of limited government, individual freedom, free enterprise, personal responsibility, traditional values, and a strong national defense are what it takes to keep the most successful and most powerful nation operating into the future. We must get the message across now, or we may forever lose our chance.

Join us on Saturday, April 21st, 2012 as we explore together what the Conservative stands for - both in the present day, as well as in the past. A range of speakers has been gathered that I have been excited about for some time now, and hope that you will be excited about as well.

Support the education of young American political leaders while getting a day full of pertinent information every conservative should know. I wouldn't know a better way to spend my time! You could help make this vital, thought-provoking event possible into the future by donating on any level. Your donation will be put to excellent use in helping students receive political education that they might not be able to obtain on their own.

We hope that you are able to join us this year as we delve deeper into what Conservative America stands for, and as we learn how to Rebuild a Stronger America.

Sincerely,

Alan Hagen
