Continental Breakfast:

Coffee service with orange juice, danish, muffins, bagels and cream cheese, fruit platter, cinnamon rolls, whole fruit display set up in a buffet format.

Full Service Lunch:

Beef Tenderloin with a sun-dried tomato sauce, paired with gourmet mashed potatoes and cooked mixed vegetables (brocoli, cauliflower, and carrots) with  rolls and butter and Dream Cake for dessert. Salad with mixed greens, cranberries, goat cheese, toasted almonds, and raspberry vinaigrette
