Full Service Lunch*:
Chicken with Béarnaise Sauce, paired with gourmet mashed potatoes and cooked mixed vegetables (brocoli, cauliflower, and carrots) with rolls and butter topped off with a generous slice of Lemon Berry Cake for dessert. Lunch is preceded with a Salad of mixed greens, cranberries, feta cheese, toasted almonds, cherry tomatoes and raspberry vinaigrette.
